Feedback Notifications
In the event the Feedback software catches a negative experience before it ends up online, you will receive a notification with the relevant information that you will need to address the issue. This includes the name, email, phone number, description, and contact preference for the customer as well as a one click way to respond that is based on the customers contact preference. Manage multiple locations effortlessly by assigning different people to each location, or have one person manage it all.
